What Is The Total Self Mastery Coaching Program?

The Total Self Mastery program is a unique 8 week group coaching program that explores the connections between your Total Self (body, mind, and spirit) in relation to chronic imbalance and health in order to help you develop the awareness and tools to live with optimal health and harmony in all aspects of your life. Beyond pacifying the symptoms, the program aims to help you uncover and balance the roots of the symptoms and develop strategies and Total Self communication skills to change the patterns that created the imbalance initially.

The program is grounded in the philosophy of health from the Ayurvedic and Yogic perspective in which health is seen your natural state of being. Lack of health occurs through imbalances or restrictions in one of the three aspects of body, mind, or spirit. Ayurveda,the 5,000 healing science from India, is considered the mother of all healing. It literally translates as "Science of Life" and is about living in health rather than treatment of disease.

The key to health and harmony is not to find or create health; rather, it is to correct the imbalances underlying the symptoms which over the long term cause chronic imbalance. I define chronic imbalance as any set of symptoms which drain your time, energy, and financial resources, and cause discomfort in your body or your life., can be alleviated and eliminated. Chronic conditions often have non-physical connections that, when recognized and released, can free the body to heal.

The program empowers you with Total Self Mastery which is the ability to read your body's cues to bring alignment to the body, mind and spirit.

Your body and mind are constantly giving you cues to help you align with your natural state of health. Understanding these signals is the key to following your own inner guidance system and achieving greater harmony in your body and your life.

Being able to actively communicate with your Total Self, allows you to make adjustments from moment to moment that will keep you in optimum balance. To do this, you need all 3 elements in harmony: body, mind, and spirit.

Total Self Mastery complements your health treatment plans by allowing you to see the whole picture and address the integrated aspects of body, mind, and spirit. I do not advocate for or against any specific health treatments. Instead, I strive to build in each participant a sense of self mastery and balance by strenthening the awareness of body, mind and spirit and empowering you with tools to move forward in health. I believe this is the path to achieving long-term, sustainable health and harmony.

My goal is to give you tools for not only today but also for the future. I've designed the program to be a blend of information sharing and interactive exploration. Choosing the actively participate in the classes and doing the homeplay activities is all your choice.

Week 3 and 4: Using Yogic & Ayurvedic Science for Inner Communication

  • Overview of the Yogic and Ayurvedic Model: getting a solid feel for this 5000 year old science.

  • Chakra Overview and Chart: learning to use your energy wheels.

Week 8: Your Unique Self Care Tool Kit and Expanding Into All Areas of your Life

  • Self Care Tools: the 3 R's you need to know.
  • Body Basics: partnering with your posture for a win-win outcome.
  • Inspired Action: the blend of Being and Doing.
  • The Vital Role of Community Support: expanding your resources.
  • Balancing the Me in We: interconnections in the web of life.
  • Closing with Self Acknowledgement.

What Do You Mean By A "Teleclass?"

When you join the Tuesday/Flex Session for the program, we will be meeting via the telephone. This provides fabulous geographical flexibility. No need to worry about weather, which here in snowy Wisconsin, can have a real impact on whether you can actually make it to class. No need to worry about living in a different city or a different state. And, if you have to miss an occasional class, no need to worry because the calls are recorded and you can listen in later.

It's so simple... all you do is call in to a specific number and enter in a special code, and there we will all be waiting. And with the workbook modules right by your side, you'll be able to easily follow along with everything I'm presenting. After the class, the workbook will continue to act as your guide and the audio recordings will allow you to practice the new techniques with comfort, helping you build confidence in your new abilities.

The Monday Evening Session of the program will be meeting at Good Harvest Market at 1850 Meadow Lane in Pewaukee, WI for those local to the area who prefer and in-person option. However, even with this in-person option, all classes will still be recorded for you future listening use.

Both class sections will have all the classes recorded into an audio format. What this means is that within 48 hours of the class, I will be posting a MP3 file on the Members Zone page for you to access. My recommendation is that you download the file onto your computer so you will have it permanently. From your computer, you can either listen to it there or download it to a portable MP3 player like an IPOD or even burn a CD (to use only for your personal use) to play in your care or wherever you need support. This is also the format for which the Pocket Jamie audio guided meditations and activities are in.

My Personal Story

Learning to live in connection and harmony with your Total Self can change your life.

I know firsthand. I used to live from a place of scarcity and lack of self trust. This imbalance affected how I felt about myself, my body and my life and led to miserly behaviors around life and money and being a compulsive overeater for 7 years. Even after I stopped engaging in the destructive habits, I spent several more years understanding the nature of that mental patterning and, more importantly, how to change it.

My journey led me to professionally train in holistic, empowering approaches such as massage, craniosacral therapy, Kundalini yoga, and life coaching. Through my trainings and fifteen years of professional experience with clients, I learned about the power of the Total Self.

My expansion process jumped into overdrive when I committed to hold a meditation for 1000 days at the beginning of my yoga teacher training. With a managable three minutes a day, the days flew by and I have been blessed with ongoing professional opportunities and moved into a new place of honor and acceptance for myself. Along the way I discovered that my scarcity wasn't about money, it was about self trust. And what I gained was more than financial freedom, it was the deep acceptance and love of who I am and from that place sprung health and harmony in all areas of my life.
